Troy Randall Schwartz

Troy Randall Schwartz died on Monday, January 6, 2025 at the age of 42. He was born in Hettinger, North Dakota, June 30, 1982, to Randall and Bonnie (Johnson) Schwartz. Troy moved to Wahoo at the age of 11 and graduated from Wahoo High School where he played golf and made it to the state finals three years. He then graduated from Southeast Community College in Beatrice. He worked at an Omaha golf course and later became Course Superintendent at a golf course in O’Neill. He moved to Beatrice where he opened a landscaping and snow removal business.

He is survived by his parents Randall and Bonnie Schwartz of Wahoo; his siblings Amy Beatty-Rohl (Rick) of Sidney, IA, Angie (Josh) Dumont of Lisbon, NH, Amanda Schwartz of Wahoo; nieces and nephews Hailey, Madisen, Ashley, Gage, Alexis, Ellie, Jack and Cayson; and great-niece Clover.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, January 18 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. A luncheon will be held at Hilltop Country Club, 1740 County Road J immediately following the service.

A block of rooms is reserved for out-of-town guests at Heritage Inn (402-443-1288) 980 North Chestnut Street in Wahoo.
