Rosemary R Rezac

Rosemary R. Rezac, age 78 of David City, Nebraska died May 27, 2026 in David City. She was born January 15, 1948 in Wahoo to August and Florence (Anderson) Rezac. Rosemary grew up in Prague, Nebraska and graduated from Prague High School in 1967.

On January 31, 1982, Rosemary Ruth Rezac was born a daughter of God and was led to the Lord by Pastor H. James Seibel and baptized (Immersed) and received her Certificate of Baptism November 7, 1982 at First Baptist Church in Weston. Her personal statement of faith was ”Rosemary R. Rezac is my name, Nebraska is my state, David City my dwelling place & Christ is my salvation.”

Rosemary was a member of Morse Bluff American Legion Post 340 Auxiliary, the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, and Morse Bluff WFLA-ZCBJ Post 9.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister. She is survived by many relatives, and special friends Katy Bode and Cheryl Wietfeld.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am Monday, June 1 at Pruss-Nabity Funeral Home. Visitation will begin Monday at 9:30 am. Interment will be at Sunrise Cemetery.

Her family and friends extend an extra special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph’s Villa in David City for the compassionate care they provided Rosemary.
