Ronald A Mach, Sr.

Ronald A. Mach, Sr., age 58 of Wahoo, died Thursday, January 25, 2024. He was born October 6, 1965 to Eugene and Lela Mach in Chicago, IL. Ron enlisted in the United States Army in 1983 and served as an E-5 Sergeant in Desert Storm and worked at every gun range except Area 51. He earned an Honorable Discharge in 1991. Ron grew up in the Chicago area and met his wife, Sherri (Minauskas) Mach in 1982. They were married for over 38 years and moved to Wahoo in 1992. Ron enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking, and traveling. He was preceded in death by his grandparents John and Anna Parmer of Valparaiso; Joe and Leona Mach of Wahoo; mother Lela Mach of Chicago; father Eugene Mach of Wahoo; brother Johnny Mach of Chicago. Ron is survived by his wife Sherri Mach of Wahoo; son Ronald Mach, Jr. of Lincoln; and brother Tom Mach Sr. of Junction City, KY. A celebration of Ron's life and Military Funeral Honors will be held Thursday, February 1 at 10 am at the Valparaiso Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Wednesday, January 31 at Pruss-Nabity Funeral Home. God Bless and Semper Fi.
