Pearl A Craven

Pearl A. Craven, age 59 of Ceresco, formerly of Lorton, was born August 22, 1956. She attended Beauty School but found her place in life as a machinist in various industrial settings. Pearl lived in several states as a young woman which allowed her to take in many beautiful, historic, and fascinating places throughout the country. Her gentle heart not only enabled her to care deeply about the feelings of others, it also helped to make her a devoted fan of the Hallmark Channel. She spent much of her spare time working with her hands to craft intricate embroidered pieces, pottery items, and just about anything else that brought her joy. Pearl was a huge country music fan and animal lover. She adored her cat Pumpkin and her dog Sophie. After her mother's death from breast cancer, Pearl became an advocate for breast cancer awareness. She is survived by significant other Christopher Arena; children Ty Duncan, Paul Arena, Valerie (Randy) Taylor; sister Dee; half-brother Frank; half-sister Kay; special friends Tina (Darryl) Gay, Leah See. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
