Matthew Rohman

Matthew Ryan Rohman was born on July 19, 1986 in Phoenix Arizona and passed on into eternal life on January 21, 2015 in Ormond Beach, Florida after a courageous battle with cancer. Matt was a graduate of Blair (Nebraska) High School and Arizona State University and had a successful career as an Account Manager at Aerotek. Matt was an avid sportsman, loving hunting and fishing; a true Husker, Sun Devil and Saints fan; a lover of music, concerts, traveling and Seinfeld. Matt's smile could light up an entire room and his comforting demeanor gave strength to many. He was devoted to his family and friends. Matt was preceded in death by his great grandparents Mary and Daniel Whalen, Bertha and Clifford Yates, Charles "Brownie" Rohman and Margaret Rohman, Junior and Shirley Hansen; Grandparents Charles Rohman, Wendell Matthew Whalen, Edna Jean (Yates) Whalen Shields and Lewis Martin Shields; Great Aunts and Uncles Eileen and Milo Moore, Evangeline and Dewey McMullen, Bonnie and Louis Strom and Aunt Bonnie Marie Whalen. Left to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather Kathy (Whalen) Rohman and Don Kluth, Father and fiancé Mick Rohman and Pat Hunter; Sister and brother-in-law Linsey (Rohman) and Trent Czerwinski; Grandmother Mary Ann Rohman; Uncle Daniel (Kate) Whalen; aunt Melanie (Terry) Stromsberg; Cousins Julie Moore (Bill Ware), Kate Larkin (Dave) Yesko, Hawkeye Whalen, Eric (Scott Hays) Strom, Bob (Mary) Strom, Paul (Debbie) Strom, Tracy Stromsberg, Bo Stromsberg; and Step-Siblings Krissy (Jason) Heinz, Sam Kluth, Trina (Eric) Johnson, Bill (Jennifer) Hunter, Chris (Pat) Gaughen, and Cara (Justin) Kuhne; beloved pets Mia and Rupert, and a many adoring friends.
