Lyle E. Craig

Lyle E. Craig, age 63 of Ceresco, died Sunday, September 21, 2014 in Wahoo. He was born May 7, 1951 at Alliance, NE to Irvin and Marjorie (Taylor) Craig. He lived his early years in the Alliance, Chadron and Whitney areas where he worked as a farmer and rancher. In his late teens, he moved to Lincoln. At age 22, Lyle married Joyce Haynes. Lyle worked throughout most of his adult life as a janitor. He was a model train enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Carol Cisneros; sister-in-law Sina Craig; and brother-in-law Arthur Robison. He is survived by daughter Maria Craig (Tony Nockai); grandchildren Steven Craig and Brianna Nockai, all of Omaha; siblings Lloyd (Marlene) Andrews of Kearney, Darrel Craig of Gillette WY, Ardith Robison of Lincoln, Larry (Lauana) Craig of Bridgeport WV, Gary (Sherry) Craig of Dalton NE, Robert (Sheila) Craig of Alliance, Mary (Dennis) Martin, Elmo MT, Loren Craig of Mitchell SD; former wife Joyce Haynes of Omaha.
