Leonard J. Feik

Leonard J. Feik, Jr., age 63 of Wahoo, died at his home October 9, 2014. He was born September 2, 1951 in Omaha to Leonard and Janet (Forbes) Feik. Leonard moved to California with his family when he was a young boy. He graduated from Arroyo Grande High School and attended college for one year in San Luis Obispo, CA where he studied art. He created many portraits and oil paintings for family members and friends. Leonard served in the United States National Guard for 13 years refueling and servicing vehicles as a Sargent in the Armory Motor Pool. Leonard was an avid gun collector and enjoyed firing his guns at shooting ranges. He also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his sister Lucy Amirfathi; nephews Hojjat Amirfathi and Shahin (Samantha) Amirfathi; great-nephews Dante and Ecko Amirfathi, all of Wahoo; brother-in-law Richard Smith of Plattsmouth. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Susan Smith; nephew Shahdad Amirfathi.
