Larry E. Doggett

Larry E. Doggett was born February 11, 1938 at Nelson, Nebraska. He died in Lincoln, Nebraska on Sunday, July 3, 2022. Larry married Shirley Pearson in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 6, 1960. They made their home in Lincoln where Larry owned and operated a Pizza King restaurant. He and Shirley sold the business and moved to California where Larry worked as a groundskeeper for the local schools. They later returned to Lincoln where they owned and operated Larino’s Pizza. Larry is survived by his wife Shirley Doggett of Lincoln; sister-in-law Lois (Bruce) Steyer of Lincoln; brother-in-law Duane (Jeanne) Pearson of Hyde Park, NY; children Larry Doggett, Jr. of Texas, Tom Doggett of Lincoln, Monique Doggett of Lincoln; nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 am Friday, July 8 at Pruss-Nabity Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Sunrise Cemetery in Wahoo.
