Hazel L. Shanahan

Hazel Shanahan passed away at South Haven Living Center on February 17, 2015. Hazel was born on May 17, 1917 in Wahoo to P O and Frances (Lindgren) Kruce. She is predeceased by her parents, husband Thomas R. Shanahan, daughter Sharon Rexroth, brother and sister-in-law Wallace and Ellen Kruce. She is survived by daughter Fran (Warner) Ecklund of Boulder, CO; son Dale (Suzanne) Shanahan of rural Colon, NE; son-in-law Lynn Rexroth of Wayzeta, MN; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law John (Rosemary) Shanahan of Wahoo; nieces and nephews. Memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church, Friends of the Library, or Saunders County Lost Pets.
