Duaine L Noble

Duaine L. Noble, age 88 of Goshen, IN died Saturday, September 12, 2020 in Elkhart, IN. He was born September 13, 1931 in Winner, SD to Joseph and Minnie (Magnuson) Noble. On June 4, 1960 he married Mona Rogers. She died May 25, 1989. Duaine married Cinda Brady on May 18, 1991. Duaine was a 1949 graduate of Wahoo High School and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Duaine worked in marketing in Farmland Industries in Kansas City. He worked for ten years at Universal and then at Behlen Plastics, both in Goshen, Indiana. He attended St. John’s Lutheran Church in Fish Lake, IN. Duaine was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and other activities. He is survived by his wife, Cinda Noble of Goshen, IN; sons Steven (Ann) Noble of Mishawaka, IN, Scott (Renee) Noble of Lehigh, UT, Kevin (Kelli) Noble, of New Paris, IN; step-son Terry Jo (Terri) Hapner of Kendallville, IN; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Jeanette Wittrock of Lincoln, NE; nieces and nephews. Duaine was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Mona; and step-son Shane Hapner. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held in Goshen, IN at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home. The 11 am Thursday funeral will be live-streamed on the funeral home website, www.rrefh.com. Interment, with Military Funeral Honors, will be Monday, September 21 at 2 pm at Sunrise Cemetery. Pruss-Nabity Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.
