Barbara L Gerlach

Barbara Gerlach, age 60 of Wahoo, died Sunday, January 26, 2014 in Omaha. She was born April 14, 1953 in Broken Bow, NE to Donald and Marva (Best) Gerlach. Barbara grew up in Aurora, NE and graduated from high school there. She had been employed at the Wahoo Heritage Inn where she was a secretary/business manager. Barbara is survived by her sons Nate (Sarah) Mongan of Mead, Matt (Jodi) Mongan of Cherokee, IA, Tyon Bice of Mead; mother Marva Gerlach of Aurora, NE; sister Ann (Paul) Lindauer of Boise, ID; companion Phillip Cooper of Wahoo; grandchildren Aidan, Cade, Kylie, Carson and Kenna. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Gerlach; and brothers Bill Gerlach and Dave Gerlach.
